"Great experience buying first car"

I had a great experience buying my first car thanks to Jackie at the Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne! Jackie was great to work with, extremely knowledgable, and easy going. I had visited a few other dealerships before but always felt like the sales people were a bit pushy and overbearing. Jackie was the perfect combination of laid back and professional. I am very happy with the used 2013 VW I walked away feels like a brand new car! I would definitely recommend Jackie and the Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne to anyone looking for a positive buying experience.

"Can't thank them enough"

I had a problem with the sunroof in my 2016 GTI. Contacted the service department near the end of their day. They asked me to drive over. One of the service managers took a look, couldn't solve it. Had his lead tech take it in the shop to scan it. In the meantime, he had a rental waiting for me in the event it couldn't be repaired. Ultimately, the tech got it fixed. Took about fifteen minutes. I have had two experiences with the Piazza service department, and they genuinely seem to care about the customer and the service experience! Can't thank them enough.

I have always experienced nothing less than superb service from the Service Dept. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His professionalism shines through! I am presently leasing my 2nd Jetta and when my lease is complete, I will lease another. The service department plays a top role in that decision!

Its good to see some companies still understand the benefit of personal service. From when I called in to the dealership to schedule my oil change and tire rotation, to being greeted when I arrived at the dealership service department, to updating me on the progress of the work being performed with an estimate for completion time, to reviewing what was done and setting my expectation for the next visit. This was a first class experience! Why would I service my VW anywhere else?

"The way car buying should be"

I needed to lease a new vehicle and was shopping some local dealerships, I contacted Piazza VW and spoke with Jackie Savastano. I knew what I wanted and Jackie wasted no time in finding a deal that met my needs to a tee! She promised "the best car buying experience" and boy she was right! We completed 90% of the transaction via email which simplified the entire process. I scheduled a time to drop off my existing car and pick up the new one and I was on the road in an hour! Vince Brown walked me through the paperwork flawlessly, they were all accomplished professionals! I will be recommending anyone I know car shopping, to there competent hands. This was the way "car buying" should be.

Best car buying experience! After spending several long days searching for the perfect car for our son we had the pleasure of meeting with Jacqueline at Piazza vw. My husband and I both agreed it was our best car buying experience ever. We purchased a beautiful Jetta sport with all the safety features and styling that we wanted. It all comes down to the bottom number. Jacqueline, Rob and their team gave us a beautiful car at a great price!

"Thanks so much!"

My 2008 Beetle was stalling out and EPC light kept coming on.  I called and was able to come right in without an appointment during Christmas week.  It turned out to be a big problem and the repair took 2 days.  Frank was great and took care of all the arrangements with my extended warranty and set up my rental.  No problems or hassles.  Barry gave me rides to and from work.  Everyone was professional all the way - and made a stressful experience, very easy!  Thank you!

"VW Number 18! "

I can honestly say that in all our years of owning Volkswagens, this was VW number 18 and hands down the easiest and best experience in purchasing one. We had been to a few dealerships prior to Piazza VW of Langhorne. We were getting very frustrated with the whole process, being baited with a "loaded" 2015 Jetta only to arrive at the dealerships and told the car had "just" sold and then trying to sell us a 2016 base Jetta S. This had happened twice at two different dealerships. About to give up, I had used TrueCar to put in an inquiry for a Jetta, within an hour I had been contacted by Ron Whiton. With absolutely no hassle, Ron had the exact car we were looking for, a 2015 Jetta SE with way more options than we were looking for. I wound up doing the entire deal from the comfort of my home, coming to a very agreeable price and leasing deal. Ron was very understanding of our previous experiences with the other dealerships and did everything to make this experience positive. We were at the dealership for less than an hour total time to sign the paperwork with Mack and go over the car with Ron. I was about to give up on dealerships in general and was starting to think that there were no more honest ones around, I can honestly tell you that Ron changed that and should be commended. We have already told a few friends and family about our experience who are in the market for a new VW soon. So glad we went with Piazza of Langhorne! I can guarantee we will be back for VW number 19 and up!
